Terms

These terms describe the current product expectations for using Instalytix and the risk boundaries users should understand before relying on the service.

Use of the service

You are responsible for the legality, permissions, and accuracy of the data you upload. Instalytix provides generated analyses, visualizations, and AI-assisted outputs, but you should independently verify important outputs before making business, legal, financial, employment, compliance, or other consequential decisions.

Acceptable use and restrictions

You may not use the service to process unlawful content, infringe rights, probe or overload the platform, evade plan restrictions, reverse engineer non-public service behavior, or submit data that you are not authorized to analyze or disclose. Shared links, exports, and team tools should only be used for authorized business purposes.

Plans, billing, and changes

Feature access depends on your active plan, including usage limits, follow-up access, drill-downs, story generation, shared-dashboard presentation, and team workspace features. Some file-handling limits can also vary by file type. Prices, plan limits, integrations, and features may change over time. Scheduled cancellations or billing disputes may affect access according to the billing state reflected in the service.

No warranty; limitation context

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Instalytix does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs are complete, correct, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, you should treat the service as an assistive analytics tool rather than a substitute for professional review or internal controls.

Analytics and consent interactions

If analytics are enabled in the product, users should be given a meaningful opportunity to accept or decline analytics cookies before optional analytics tools activate. If you enable Google Analytics or similar tools, you are responsible for configuring identifiers, reviewing regional consent obligations, and ensuring your published privacy disclosures match your actual deployment.

Availability and enforcement

The product may evolve over time. Features, limits, and integrations can change as the service is improved, and misuse of the platform can result in suspended access, revoked shared links, deleted content, or account termination.
