Trust basics before upload

Security

Instalytix is designed for turning messy reports into dashboards, but it should be evaluated against your own data-handling requirements before you upload sensitive material. This page summarizes the current product boundaries in plain language.

What happens to uploaded files?

Uploaded content is used to generate dashboards, AI insights, drill-downs, exports, and follow-up answers. If you are signed in, analyses may sync to your workspace through Firestore. If you are not signed in, analyses stay in local browser storage on your device.

Who can access dashboards?

Dashboards stay private to your workspace unless you explicitly create a share link or share them with a team. Shared links expose the dashboard you chose to publish and currently expire after about 30 days.

How long is data stored?

Local browser data stays on the device until it is cleared. Signed-in workspace content may remain in your account until you delete it, and expired shared links may still persist briefly in backend systems before cleanup completes.

Can I delete uploaded work?

You can clear local browser data on your device, delete saved dashboard content from your workspace, and reach out through the contact page if you need support with account-level questions.

Model and provider boundary

Instalytix relies on third-party infrastructure and AI service providers for hosting, billing, analytics, storage, authentication, and analysis workflows. Uploaded content may be processed by those providers as part of fulfilling your request. Unless you have a separate agreement in place, do not treat Instalytix as a regulated data environment for health, financial, employment, or other tightly controlled categories.

Before launch checklist

  • Review the current privacy and terms pages.
  • Confirm your team is authorized to upload the reports you want analyzed.
  • Use share links only for dashboards you are comfortable publishing to link holders.
  • Contact Instalytix directly if you need buyer, security, or retention answers beyond the current product behavior.
