Instalytix handles uploaded files, generated dashboards, billing, authentication, and optional analytics. This summary reflects the current product behavior surfaced in the app today.
Files you upload are used to generate dashboards, AI insights, drill-downs, exports, and follow-up answers. If you are signed in, analyses may be synced to your workspace through Firestore; otherwise they remain in local browser storage on your device.
Instalytix can use measurement tools such as Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and optional Google Analytics to understand feature usage and site performance. These tools are only enabled after you affirmatively allow analytics in the consent banner. You can change that choice later through Cookie Settings.
Instalytix may rely on service providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, billing, storage, and AI processing. Those providers may receive the minimum information needed to provide those functions, such as account identifiers, billing details, usage telemetry, or uploaded content involved in analysis requests.
Dashboards stay private to your workspace unless you explicitly create a share link or share them with a team. Shared links expose the dashboard you chose to publish and currently expire after about 30 days, so do not share data you are not authorized to disclose.
Local browser data remains on the device until it is cleared. Signed-in workspace content may remain in your account until you delete it, and expired shared links can remain in backend systems until a later access triggers cleanup. Declining analytics should stop optional analytics and performance cookies going forward, but previously collected telemetry may still exist in aggregated logs or provider dashboards.
Only upload data you are allowed to process. If your files contain regulated, confidential, personal, health, financial, or employment information, confirm that Instalytix matches your legal and internal data-handling requirements before using it. Instalytix is not represented as a HIPAA, GLBA, or other regulated-data compliance solution unless expressly stated elsewhere.
